* It is our policy to try to present the true cost of our holidays inclusive of all government costs and taxes. Please accept however that these taxes are not within our control. Therefore should a tax increase, we reserve the right to pass on any increase in cost.
* All prices are per person/twin share in New Zealand dollars based on exchange rates as at 12 December 2012 and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
* Availability is extremely limited in each room type; we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.
* A nonrefundable deposit of $750.00 per person is required on confirmation of booking.
* Booking cannot be guaranteed without deposit.
* Full non-refundable balance of payment is required no later than 01 July 13.
* Bookings received after 01 July 13 must be fully paid within 24 hours of confirmation.
* All payments are nonrefundable.
* Flights are based on set group departures with Qantas and Air New Zealand due to itinerary timing requirements.
* Please enquire about surcharge ex Christchurch and Wellington.
* We strongly recommend travel insurance.
* All cancellations must be received in writing.
* GO Holidays reserves the right to amend package prices without warning due to currency fluctuations.
* All escorted tours are subject to minimum numbers.
* Should these not be reached, a surcharge may be proposed in order to operate or a full refund will be offered.
* Documents will be dispatched approximately 10 days prior to travel.

* Please note if you are booking your own flights the latest reporting time at Sydney airport to meet the group is 8am for the start of your tour and the earliest flight for departure out of Sydney is 4pm at the end of your tour.
